Atlas Door Hardware LLC operates Atlas Door Hardware to help businesses, institutions, contractors, facility teams, property owners, and individual customers find and purchase commercial building products with confidence.

You can buy products directly through our online store. For larger projects, product lists, or more complex requirements, you can also request a quotation.

Who Atlas serves

Atlas supports:

contractors, builders, architects, and purchasing teams;
schools, healthcare facilities, churches, municipalities, and other institutions;
facility managers, maintenance teams, property managers, and business owners; and
individual customers replacing or purchasing a specific commercial product.

You do not need to be a commercial construction expert to buy from Atlas. If you know the model number, search for it. If you know the type of product, browse by category. If you are unsure, contact us and describe what you are trying to accomplish.

How Atlas sources products

Atlas is an online commercial product supplier. We are not a manufacturer, a big-box retailer, or a traditional stocking distributor.

We source products through manufacturers, distributors, and other authorized supply relationships. This gives customers access to a broad commercial catalog while allowing Atlas to focus on accurate product identity, useful technical information, and dependable purchasing support.

Why products may ship separately

Products may ship directly from different manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment warehouses.

If an order contains products from more than one source, the items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Atlas will provide shipment and tracking information when it is available.

Why lead times vary

Commercial products are not all supplied the same way. Lead time may depend on:

current manufacturer or distributor availability;
finish, size, function, handing, voltage, or other configuration;
package quantity;
whether the product is made or prepared for the order;
shipping method and destination; and
manufacturer processing time.

We will share the best information available to us, but we will not promise a delivery date that has not been confirmed.

If an unexpected manufacturer delay or inventory shortage affects your order, we will contact you as soon as practical with the updated estimated ship date and discuss available options.

Online purchases

For products offered for direct online sale:

Select the product and verify the model, configuration, quantity, and delivery information.
Add the product to the cart.
Complete checkout using one of the payment methods shown.
The automated confirmation acknowledges receipt. Atlas reviews the order and accepts it when fulfillment begins.
Shipment information is provided when available.

Atlas will never substitute a different product without your approval.

Quotations and project support

Request a Quote is available for:

larger product quantities;
multi-product or project purchases;
hardware lists and schedules;
products requiring configuration review;
freight-sensitive orders; and
customers who need help identifying the right product.

A quotation may include project-specific pricing, freight assumptions, alternates, exclusions, lead times, and a validity period. A quotation becomes an order only through the acceptance process stated on the quotation.
