These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Atlas Door Hardware website, online store, quotations, and related customer services. By placing an order, accepting a quotation, creating an account, or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced below.

1. About Atlas

Atlas Door Hardware LLC is an online supplier of commercial door hardware, washroom accessories, and other commercial building products.

Atlas is not a manufacturer. Atlas sources products through manufacturers, distributors, and other authorized supply relationships. Products may ship directly from those sources.

2. Product information

Atlas works to present accurate manufacturer identity, model numbers, descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, finishes, documents, and ordering information.

Commercial products may vary by function, handing, finish, size, voltage, rating, mounting, package quantity, included components, and other configuration details. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product information and confirming that the selected product is appropriate for the intended application.

Manufacturer images may be representative. Colors, finishes, textures, and proportions may appear different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variation.

If product information conflicts or appears incomplete, contact Atlas before ordering.

3. Codes, specifications, and professional responsibility

Product information and manufacturer documents are provided to support purchasing decisions. They do not replace project specifications, professional design services, code review, field verification, or approval by the authority having jurisdiction.

Atlas may assist with product identification and commercial product sourcing, but the customer and the customer's design or construction professionals remain responsible for confirming project requirements unless Atlas expressly accepts a different responsibility in writing.

4. Prices and corrections

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added or presented during the ordering process.

Atlas may correct genuine typographical, data, pricing, quantity, package, or product-configuration errors. If a material error affects an order, Atlas may honor the order, request the customer's approval of corrected terms, or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Atlas will contact the customer when approval of corrected terms is required. Atlas will not replace the ordered product with a different product without customer approval.

5. Online orders and acceptance

Submitting an order through the website authorizes Atlas and its payment providers to process the transaction using the payment method selected at checkout.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges only that Atlas received the order. It does not mean the order has been accepted.

Atlas accepts an order only after completing its review and beginning fulfillment. The review may include payment authorization, product identity, pricing, quantity or package requirements, shipping limitations, fraud prevention, and other material issues.

If Atlas cannot accept or fulfill an order, Atlas will notify the customer and take the appropriate action regarding any payment already collected.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Commercial credit terms are not offered through the online store. Any separate credit arrangement or project-payment term must be approved by Atlas in writing and does not modify these Terms for other orders.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

7. Quotations

A quotation is different from an online purchase.

Quotations may include project-specific products, quantities, pricing, freight assumptions, alternates, exclusions, lead times, and validity periods. The terms stated on an Atlas quotation control that quotation when they differ from general website information.

A quotation does not become an order until it is accepted through the method stated on the quotation and Atlas confirms the resulting order.

8. Availability, lead times, and backorders

Availability and lead times may change because Atlas relies on manufacturer and distributor information.

If a manufacturer experiences an unexpected delay or inventory shortage, Atlas will notify the customer as soon as practical, provide the updated estimated ship date available to Atlas, and discuss available options.

Atlas will comply with applicable law concerning delayed-shipment notices, customer consent to a revised shipment date, and refunds for unshipped merchandise. Atlas does not promise a particular outcome before reviewing the affected order.

Atlas does not guarantee a delivery date unless the commitment is expressly confirmed in writing.

9. No unapproved substitutions

Atlas will never substitute a different product without customer approval.

If a requested product is unavailable, Atlas may identify a possible alternative for the customer's review. An alternative is not represented as equivalent, compatible, approved, or code-compliant for the application unless that conclusion is supported and expressly stated.

10. Shipping and delivery

The Atlas Shipping Policy is part of these Terms & Conditions.

Atlas ships only within the contiguous United States at launch. Products may ship from multiple manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment locations and may arrive separately.

Shipping charges for oversized, unusually heavy, multi-carton, freight, limited-access, liftgate, appointment, or other special-delivery orders may require review. A shipping charge shown at checkout is not necessarily final for every commercial product. Atlas will contact the customer before proceeding if additional shipping or delivery charges are required.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and review shipments promptly after delivery.

11. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

The Atlas Returns & Refund Policy is part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers must request an RMA before returning any product. A request does not guarantee approval, and manufacturer or distributor approval may be required.

The RMA request period is 30 calendar days from delivery of the specific product being returned. Each product in a split shipment has its own period. Return shipping, original outbound shipping, and refund timing are governed by the Atlas Returns & Refund Policy.

Orders generally cannot be canceled after they have entered processing.

12. Manufacturer warranties

Products are covered only by the warranties, if any, provided by their manufacturers. Atlas does not create or expand a manufacturer's warranty.

Atlas will assist customers throughout the manufacturer warranty process.

13. Accounts and website security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

14. Website content and intellectual property

The Atlas name, website design, original text, organization, and other Atlas-created content are owned by or licensed to Atlas.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images, documents, and other manufacturer content belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification, sales, and customer support as permitted.

Website content may not be copied, scraped, republished, or commercially exploited except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

15. Third-party materials and links

Atlas product pages may link to manufacturer websites, technical documents, warranty information, BIM files, CAD files, or other third-party resources.

Atlas does not control third-party websites. A link does not guarantee that a third-party document remains current or applies to every configuration in a product family. Customers should confirm applicability to the exact product being purchased.

16. Privacy

The Atlas Privacy Policy explains how Atlas and its service providers collect, use, and disclose personal information.

Do not submit payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through contact forms, quote forms, email, or uploaded documents.

17. Disclaimer and limitation

Atlas will use reasonable care in operating the website, processing orders, and assisting customers. To the extent permitted by law, Atlas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, product delay, or product use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits a customer's rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Governing law and venue

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising from the website, an online order, or Atlas services are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any legal action must be brought in the state courts located in Union County, Arkansas, or the applicable federal court serving Union County, Arkansas, unless applicable law requires a different venue or Atlas and the customer agree otherwise in writing.

19. Changes to these Terms

Atlas may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in operations, services, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.

The version in effect when an order is accepted generally applies to that order unless the customer and Atlas agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
